The Micromechanics, Materials, & Nanostructures team operates a servo-hydraulic mechanical testing machine (100 KN), a portable data acquisition unit for strain/displacement measurements, and has access to a Scanning Electron Microscopy through an MoU with the University of Thessaly. The Microelectronics & Embedded/Wearable Systems team utilizes a mechatronic system for designing embedded systems and particularly for traceability applications.
